BloodLine Plus is an initiative by Rotary Club of Calcutta Mahanagar to help blood seekers find blood in a medical emergency.
The App is a FREE Blood Donation platform that connects thousands of blood donors with a person who needs blood in an emergency.
The Application facilitates blood when one is in need and when none is available in blood banks.How BloodLine Plus Works?
Users can register as blood donors and volunteer to donate blood when required.
When a request for blood is received, the App sends out notifications to the registered donors.
Donors who are interested to donate blood can respond through the App.
The requester can then contact the interested donors.Why Use BloodLine Plus?
No Fees: BloodLine Plus App does not charge anything to the donor or the donee and this is purely a free service to help patients who do not find the required blood in blood banks in an emergency.Arrange Blood in Emergency: The Application connects donors with donee in time of emergency.
It comes to rescue when Blood Bank or no other service cannot arrange blood.
Privacy: BloodlinePlus will not show donors contact number, not the donee’s contact number.
